First of all, this place is much more expensive than Town Fair Tire. Secondly, they don't take any care of the car's rims, as they were scratched, and they are unprofessional regarding car safety. Lastly, I paid three times more for the same tire repair service at this location.

Elias S (sales) & John S (manager) resolved my issue in such a cool, calm, and collected way that I was genuinely impressed. I've worked customer service roles in the past, I know how hard it can be dealing with the general public and unhappy customers. These guys are good! They had the opportunity to really rake me over the coals, and they didnt. They made things right and charged me a fair price without any hassle. Thank you guys! You've earned a lifelong customer as long as youre at this store.

I walked in on Monday and asked if I could get an alignment on the car, they told me there was a long waiting time about 3-4h. I put an appointment for Tuesday at 9am. I get there at 8:40. Tell me why it’s 10:20 and my car is still sitting in the spot I parked and I’ve watched other people who came after get their car serviced and go about their days. It’s now 11:30, they finally moved the car into the shop. Now it’s just sitting on the rotary lift. No mechanics nowhere to be found. All the other customers I came before have left, how nice. New ones have come and already left again. Two guys are the desk, when they don’t want to interact, they go in the back and no do nothing. Oh everything you see about the customer service, it’s true. No updates, nothing.

Had an issue with my starter and took it to the Firestone in Quincy. Mark, JT, and Berto did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed right. What really impressed me was that they found a cost-effective solution—I ended up saving $800 compared to what I expected to spend at other shops. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and the car’s running perfectly now. These guys know their stuff and actually care about taking care of their customers. Highly recommend this location.

Brought my car in for two front tires at an agreed price of $600 with an 8 AM appointment. By 8:50 AM, I was already being told I needed significantly more work, ballooning the cost to over $2,000. I agreed, but the surprises didn't stop there. After I left the shop, they called again to add another $300 in charges for work I never authorized. I said no. I was then told I could not have my car back unless I paid for this unauthorized work. That's not a repair shop. That's a hostage situation. When I stood firm, a rep offered to drop the charge if I left them a good review. I lied and said yes just to get my car back. This is that review. Two hours later? They called again with yet another cost increase. This shop engages in high-pressure upselling, performs work without clear authorization, holds vehicles until you comply, and solicits fake reviews in exchange for dropping bogus charges. They are not BBB accredited, and their online reviews speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
